Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, or organizational development and a minimum of two years of relevant experience.
Master’s degree in human resources, industrial relations, or organizational development may substitute for required years of experience.

Experience with ADP HRIS or similar complex HRIS system and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Basic knowledge of HR practices and principles, and all applicable labor, pay, benefits, health and safety laws and regulations.

Knowledge of current trends within the Human Resources field.

Ability to handle confidential employee issues and make common sense decisions within company guidelines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work and effectively communicate with all levels of staff across multiple locations.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist HR staff, locally and remotely, to provide HR support the Florida/Latin America operations under the direction of the Regional HR director within a team environment. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:

Uses HR knowledge, techniques, and best practices to appropriately exercise judgment, perform duties and assignments, and respond to internal and external requests.

Conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.

Maintains records and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
Conducts/participates in compensation and benefit surveys within labor market.

Assists in research, preparation, analysis, and response to HR reports/audits.

Assists centralized recruiting organization as necessary to ensure timely hiring, quality selection, and engaged onboarding.

Answers routine employee questions regarding policies and procedures.
