Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

8 years of job-related experience, with a solid background in heavy civil construction.

Experience with drill and shoot, as well as concrete and rebar placement.

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite 2000).

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Must obtain negative result on drug screen performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy.

Job Description:

This is a field-based position which will require shift and weekend work, as necessary.

Observe and document the quality of the Contractor's work to ensure conformance with contract documents.

Perform general and task-specific safety and environmental surveillance.

Track field changes.

Prepare work activities report for all shifts and prepare shift reports.

Track quality control records.

Identify potential coordination, quality and safety/environmental issues and raise appropriately.

Assist in the review of contract and shop drawings.
