Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Architecture or equivalent construction-related field.
15 years of job-related experience showing progressive increased responsibility, including the management of staff of 50 or more personnel in the road/bridge infrastructure business in the New York Metropolitan area.
PE in the State of New York.
Demonstrated track record in growing infrastructure construction management business.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite 2010).
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Valid Driver's License.
Must obtain negative result on drug screen performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy.
Job Description:
Manage the Infrastructure division within our Construction Management group.
Add value to our business development efforts by using the candidate's existing client contacts in order to win contracts.
Prepare proposals and presentations.
Interface with clients.
Provide quality control on managed projects.
Responsible for budgeting and project cost management.
This position will report directly to the Director of Construction Management and will work closely alongside other Deputy Directors.
