Minimum Requirements: Minimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
Bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of job related experience or equivalent. Excellent communication interpersonal, organizational and analytical skills are required. Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications is required. Extensive travel may be required. Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must posses planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.

Procedure Compliance - Each employee must read, understand and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to his/her job. Job Description: Purpose and Scope:
Manages the overall operation on a day to day basis with limited off-site guidance. Interfaces with the customer daily. Will manage in excess of 100 employees, ensuring the warehouse activities are in compliance with company policies and procedures regarding acceptance, storage, maintenance, inventory, and release of both general order merchandise.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Supervise, the warehouse staff including ensuring staff is adequately trained; coordinating workloads, prioritizes, and schedules to ensure timely, effective completion of work; monitoring and evaluating staff performance. 2. Oversees and recommends maintenance repairs to facility and equipment. 3. Supervises scheduling maintenance and repairing company vehicles and equipment in accordance with procedures and requirements. 4. Supervises warehouse operations including acceptance, storage, maintenance, inventory and release of all merchandise and property within the facility. 5. Ensures proper storage of General Order merchandise and property stored. 6. Implements and monitors daily and month-end reporting of facility security, fire prevention, and space utilization.
