Job Description:  Essential
Duties and Responsibilities:

 
Provides administrative and general clerical support
functions in a wide array of office related tasks.   In addition to typing, filing, and
coordinating the successful completion of day-to-day office tasks, this
position is directly responsible for the following duties :
 
Tracks the Contractor Acquired
Property expenditures for Field Services Locations.  
Schedules travel arrangements to
include Air Travel, Rental Vehicles and Lodging.  
Completes various reports related
to contract performance.  
Maintains Site Performance
Metrics.  
Maintains Field Services staffing portal
ensuring most current data is posted.  
 
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
 

Education:   High School diploma or GED
 
Experience:   Requires a minimum of 3 -5   years experience in an office environment or
similar customer service experience.   Experience with Government Contracts preferred.
 
Computer
Software Skills:
Microsoft
Outlook, Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
 
Specialized
knowledge and skills:

Must have
excellent knowledge of English grammar, spelling and punctuation. Must be able to
work effectively with all levels of employees. Requires a
collaborative work style, fostering cooperation and teamwork. Must be able to
exercise discretion and good judgment, with an ability to understand the
effect of decisions overall in the company. Must be able to
handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion. Must possess
mid-level computer skills using MS Office and other related applications. Must be detail
oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Must be able to
multi-task. Understanding of
military terminology a plus.
  
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Office
environment. Required to
observe all safety and health requirements for office environment. Must have a neat
