Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field and at least 7 years of job-related experience or equivalent. Experience in a government contracting environment a plus.

Must be able to use Microsoft Office products. This includes solid experience working with Power Point, Excel spreadsheets, Word and Outlook.

Must be able to handle and maintain confidential information. Proven experience supporting an executive a plus.

Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

We are now seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to Executive Management. This position will work closely with Senior Executive Assistants and will be responsible for routine administrative responsibilities requiring broad and comprehensive business experience, skills and knowledge of organization polices and practices.

Essential responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for preparing reports, agendas and memoranda
• Receives incoming telephone calls and handles inquiries, takes messages, and transfers calls to appropriate party.
• Maintains files, keeps records, prepares schedules, makes travel arrangements, compiles reports, and processes documents of a routine nature.
• Prepares and processes expense reports.
• Prepares and proofreads correspondence, reports, and other material.
• May perform special projects and other duties as assigned to support Executive Management.
