Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma.

10 years experience in heavy civil construction or equivalent field (a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar field can be substituted for 4 years experience).

Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite 2000).

Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Must obtain negative result on drug screen performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy.

Job Description:

This is a field-based position which will require shift and weekend work.

Observe/document the quality of the contractor's work in order to ensure conformance with contract documents.

Perform general and task-specific safety and environmental surveillance.

Track field changes.

Prepare work activities report for all shifts.

Track quality control records.

Identify potential coordination, quality and safety/environmental issues.

Assist in the review of contract and shop drawings.
