Job Description:

AECOM is currently seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to work in a dynamic work environment in the Cleveland, OH office. The successful candidate will manage and provide engineering on water and wastewater facility and infrastructure projects as well as develop client relationships and new business.

Responsibilities include performing engineering assignments requiring application of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. Work may include wastewater collection and conveyance system design, water distribution and storage system design, and water treatment plant and wastewater treatment plant design. The successful individual will be required to coordinate with clients and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications:
• Over 10 years of experience as a consulting engineer in the municipal water/wastewater industry with 4+ years in the management of projects including leading teams of engineers and managing project budgets
• B.S. degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering; Master's degree with water and wastewater focus preferred
• PE from the State of Ohio or able to obtain
• Experience in management and design of projects related to water and wastewater systems
• Experience with client relations and business development
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to conduct effective client presentations and written report preparation
• Must be able to manage multiple tasks well
• Must be a team player, possess strong interpersonal skills, and maintain professional candor
• Ability to function as a leader or as a follower, as conditions dictate in a team setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
