TNC ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS This position performs a variety of high level administrative tasks, which may include budget preparation, travel arrangements and meeting logistics, scheduling, reporting and tracking information for a vice president, regional director, or a role of similar scope and complexity. S/he will serve as lead administrative support to the Executive Vice President and Managing Director of the North America Conservation Region; s/he may also provide support to high level directors and other senior managers. Includes frequent interaction with all members within the organization; as well as customers, vendors and business relations. Make interpretations and recommendations as appropriate.Ability to deal with ambiguity and to adapt to the demands of a fast paced executive calendar and workload. Duties are highly confidential and require comprehensive knowledge of TNC’s policies, procedures and operations. Responsibilities require discretion, judgment, tact and poise. Incumbent has considerable latitude and flexibility in carrying out assigned tasks. This position will report to the North America Deputy Director, Program Management and Operations.
