Minimum Requirements: Bachelor degree in acquisition or a related field and at least 5 years of related experience required. Additional related experience may substitute for education. DAWIA certification, or equivalent, in acquisition desired. Experience with USMC trainers, simulators, training aids/devices desired. DoD acquisition program experience required, Marine Corps specific experience preferred. Must have experience with the DoD 5000 Defense Acquisition series of directives Excellent communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required. Job Description: URS is seeking Acquisition Program Analysts to provide support for procuring and sustaining trainers, simulators, and training aids/devices for multiple USMC programs in Orlando, FL. Key duties include: Providing program acquisition management, planning, coordination, and documentation support for acquisition programs supporting both developmental and fielded equipment; Serve as a participant in teams that are developing acquisition program plans and documentation for program milestones; Support analyses, studies, problem identification and resolution, program planning and policy development and implementation; Develop and deliver briefings in support of program milestone and other reviews; Monitor progress and customer satisfaction with respect to assigned area schedules and deliverables; Develop and/or review program documentation and provide comments and organize, consolidate, and adjudicate comments from various organizations; Prepare program management correspondence (e.g., letters, memos and route sheets), Integrated Master Schedule, Work Breakdown Schedule, and presentations; and Prepare analytical reports and meeting minutes.
