We are currently looking for a dynamic, sales focused Shop Manager to lead the team in our Soho store located in New York, NY! As the leader of our management team in the Soho location, you will be responsible and accountable for all operational aspects of the assigned store. You must be committed to ensuring outstanding service by creating an environment that is focused on providing an experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will establish and maintain superior professional standards in the areas of sales, customer service, visual presentation, inventory management, operations, personnel management and development, while demonstrating and upholding the values and vision of the company. Primary Responsibilities Include: • Accountable for total shop results to include top line sales, improving customer transactions, average dollar sale, and loyalty programs, while ensuring the highest level of customer service is maintained and the priority at all times. • Maintains and enforces high standards of personal image and style in compliance with corporate guidelines. • Handles difficult customer service issues and concerns to the satisfaction of the customer. • Enthusiastically executes events, promotions, and contests, while maintaining core business, with total support from staff members. • Conducts effective sales meetings as approved by Regional Sales Director (RSD) and District Sales Manager (DSM). • Responsible for hiring decisions in assigned store, maintaining a full staff of management and sales associates at all times. • Ensure newly hired employees are fully oriented and train using corporate training materials. • Responsible for intelligent and expedient application of in-shop customer adjustments, exchanges, and returns. • Is acutely aware of expense control, and monitors all expense related activities in compliance with direction. • Controls cash deposits in compliance with company policies and procedures. • Adheres to and enforces all Loss Prevention policies and procedures. • Responsible for accurate input of information into the register to ensure adequate stock flow. • Ensures back stock is rotated. • Maintains a neat, clean, clutter free shop.
