Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent and minimum of ten (10) years recent experience in supply/manufacturing management; or 6 years recent experience with a Master’s degree in related field. A thorough knowledge of government policy, directives, standards, handbooks, pamphlets, etc., as well as DoD adopted industry standards relating to supply/manufacturing management is required.
Candidates must have experience in conducting critical analysis and evaluation of manufacturing and production management issues, associated risk analysis, evaluation and recommendation of corrective actions, and validation of associated solutions and or corrective actions.
Previous weapon system acquisition experience relative to production and manufacturing management, production system and subsystem integration and associated risk analysis of hardware and software is required. Experience on the production and testing of low-observable platform weapon systems is required. Acquisition experience in jet fighter procurement is required.
Excellent communications and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs; mastery of Department of Defense and Air Force acquisition policies, procedures and tools.

We are currently seeking a Senior Supply/Manufacturing Manager to support our office in Beavercreek, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
Support producibility improvements and production system and subsystem integration efforts to mitigate risk, increase efficiency, and validate improvements. Review and provide evaluation of the Contractor corrective action planning and execution to ensure root-cause resolution and Government interests are protected. Improve fidelity of delivery schedule forecasting by integrating information from across the weapons systems Program Office. Communicate pertinent production and manufacturing management issues across organizational and functional boundaries to ensure efficiency, quality, and capability are realized as soon as possible. Conduct manufacturing technical evaluations of weapon system acquisition lot-buys to include Contractor proposal analysis, fact-finding, cost analysis and evaluation, cost modeling, and negotiation support for engineering, manufacturing, manufacturing support, and other functional areas. Provide technical input to the development of specialized applications for weapons systems manufacturing program cost estimating. Provide evaluations of the Mfg / QA ability of the Weapon System Contractors to produce, within cost and schedule constraints, the equipment required to meet acquisition program objectives.
