Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration or related field and at least 3 years related experience. Additional related experience may substitute for degree requirement. Marine Corps specific experience preferred. Knowledge and experience with automated systems and document formulation systems such as Standard Accounting and Budget Reporting System (SABRS), Report Net, PR Builder, and Financial Information Management System (FIMS) is strongly desired. Candidate must be a self-starter with strong spreadsheet software skills who can work independently. Candidate should be familiar with the Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution System. Requires the ability to define problems, collect data and establish facts. Job Description: URS is seeking a Financial Analyst to provide financial support for acquisition of trainers, simulators, and training aids/devices for multiple USMC programs in Orlando, FL. Position mandates daily use of multiple government accounting and document formulation systems such as SABRS, Report Net, PR Builder, Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters System, and FIMS. The position requires data collection, evaluation, and reporting; spreadsheet development and maintenance; briefing support; and general support to the Government for financial management information for a large program management office. Functions may include development of financial documentation; assisting with the development of budget requests and submissions; collection and analysis of information concerning program financial progress relative to plans; and development and delivery of appropriate reports displaying the financial progress relative to plan. Responsibilities may include assisting in the coordination of contract documentation, phasing plans, and obligation documents; reviewing acquisition documentation for accuracy; and monitoring of program execution using such systems as Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), Computer Optimized Batch Reconciliation Application (COBRA), and Electronic Document Access (EDA).
