Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or appropriate discipline and Master's degree in Transportation Planning.
A minimum of 10 years related experience with a solid background in transportation Or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience.
Strong interpersonal as well as strong writing and oral communication skills.
Excellent planning, prioritization, organization, and coordination skills.
Strong follow up skills and an ability to be assertive.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Must obtain negative result on drug screen performed in accordance with URS drug testing policy. Job Description: • Review and prioritize administrative requests to the Sr. VP and Program Executive, ESA. • Review monthly FTA report, as well as various other reports, for accuracy while identifying any necessary follow up items and drafting summary of report details as needed. • Prepare and review presentations to stakeholders including MTACC President, MTAHQ, MTA Board, FTA and others. • Attend meetings as needed between the Sr. VP and Program Exec, ESA and other ESA project staff. • Develop special reports and analyses as needed. • Utilize ESA Admin Asst as needed for scheduling or other administrative support. • Draft responses and correspondence as required by the Sr. VP and Program Exec, ESA. • Liaise with MTACC President's office as needed on behalf of Sr. VP and Program Exec, ESA.
This person will report to a ESA Program Executive and and must have the ability to effectively interface with senior as well as junior level staff.
