Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's in Architecture

Must be a licensed architect in the State of Ohio.

Minimum 10 years of experience in managing an array of project types and scales with specific concentration in Federal and Government work.

Must have experience in establishing architectural production budgets and schedules, preparing fees, monitoring project progress through financial results and project progress through reviewing contract documents.

This position requires effective communication skills. Must be experienced in managing large teams of architectural and engineering disciplines while coordinating with a Construction Manager and the Owner. The candidate must be experienced in building a team structure for small and large projects that is efficient and effective in it's approach to work.

Must complete the URS Project Manager certification within 6 months of hire.

Must have current, valid Drivers License.

Job Description:

This position will be part of the Cleveland Facilities Practice and will work on a variety of projects. This position will report to the director of the General Architecture Program Area or the Federal Program Area and interact with senior managers in the Facilities practice and other departments in the office.

This position will interact with Clients, Authorities Having Jurisdiction, Construction Managers, etc. Specific experience in Federal and Government work is strongly preferred.

Day to day tasks for this position could include Organizing and planning construction documents, Code analysis, reviewing specifications, setting and reviewing production budgets and schedules, fees, contract documents, etc.

Other duties as assigned.
