Job Summary

Delivers the designated training curricula according to the needs of the organization as determined by the leadership and training teams. Position is Sunday - Thursday and will also support a variety of administrative tasks.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.



  • Plans, creates, and communicates monthly training schedule for a designated region and specified courses.

  • Reports schedule, participant attendance, and evaluations to the Training Coordinator in order to maintain accurate training participation records.

  • Orders training materials in a timely manner to be delivered to training locations.

  • Delivers curricula demonstrating adult and accelerated learning techniques.

  • Assesses training participants as appropriate within a course and provides feedback to the participant and manager.

  • Assesses and coaches individual participant performance following training through observation as appropriate to measure the impact of learning to specific business results.

  • Assists with development, design, and review of existing and new training curricula as required.

  • Assists management with ongoing analysis of training results and return on investment.

  • Attends quarterly management meetings in order to report progress on training initiatives, assist with alignment of training goals and business initiatives, and identify upcoming training opportunities.

  • Maintains knowledge of training or company procedures through reading and interpreting general business periodicals and professional journals.

  • Required to use motor coordination with finger dexterity (such as keyboarding, machine operation, etc) part of the work day;

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.



A. Education and Experience


Required: Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, and zero to three years previous experience. Must have at least 1 year experience in administrative capacity and be proficient in Microsoft Excel.



Preferred: Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, and zero to three years previous experience.
