Minimum Requirements: Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma or demonstrated equivalent. • 8 years experience in field construction supervision including 2 years experience in the Superintendent position or demonstrated equivalent. • Rotating Equipment (millwright) experience in a refinery Turnaround environment. • Knowledgeable in the tear down, overhaul, and rebuilding of compressors, (Reciprocating, axial, centrifugal), pumps, clarifiers, conveyors and other equipment. • Knowledgeable how to plan, estimate, and execute work in multiple units. • Interface directly with equipment engineers, vendor representatives and suppliers to plan and execute small to large refinery turnarounds. • Primavera experience required. • Must be able to work with team to prepare and execute successfully within scheduled time and budgets for assigned work. • Proficient with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Access. • Supervision of union and non-union personnel. • Must understand job task requirements and be able to plan for material, tools, and equipment to execute the necessary tasks during the Turnaround. • Must have experience working direct hire labor, and be experienced in working with the building trades to successfully build and organize a quality workforce. • Must be able to communicate effectively verbally, in writing and via computer, to include building, maintaining, and creating spreadsheets and reports as required for the project. • Must have hands on experience with CPM scheduling software. • Knowledgeable or able to perform and lead various levels of risk assessments, as required, for the execution of the work under a Control of Work environment.
Preferred Requirements:
• BP refinery experience.

Typical Responsibilities:
Walk down assigned jobs, estimate, plan, and help develop the logic for work sequence in a major TAR schedule. Understand the job task requirements and be able to plan for material, tools, and equipment to execute the necessary tasks during the Turnaround. Work with the lead planner/scheduler, cost engineer, and project management to develop budgets, estimates and track progress.
