The Chief Engineer provides leadership to successfully plan, develop, implement and complete projects/programs while maintaining high professional standards. In this role you will provide day to day technical guidance and support to the various Energy Market Segment Leaders. You will coordinate with Department Quality Management relative to the quality of technical work produced within the Energy Business Line and assist in final decisions regarding the submission of deliverables on projects if issues arise. This role is responsible for the effectiveness of Quality Management System implementation for the office. You will initiate and/or complete the correction of any conditions which may adversely affect the completion of projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining technical quality. We’ll look to you to provide a hands-on review of deliverables as necessary while communicating technical and risk issues to Regional Business Line and Market Segment Leaders. You will mentor and develop staff, providing leadership and an environment which encourages teamwork, initiative and growth. Qualifications:
