Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in engineering or related fieled or equivalent and minimum ten (10) years of engineering experience. At least one year of defense engineering experience obtained within the last 5 years strongly preferred.

We are now seeking a Systems Engineer for our Beavercreek, Ohio office.
The individual shall support the development and maintenance of critical systems engineering documentation (i.e., specifications, system requirements documents, systems engineering plans, , etc.) and the translation of these requirements into prime contractor procedures and documents (e.g., software development plans, sub-specifications, etc.) to ensure and verify the robust application of systems engineering process requirements across all program development and production tasks. The individual shall assist in generating and managing Configuration Management, Data Management, and Risk Management processes and plans; support design reviews, technical interchange meetings, interface control meetings, program management reviews, audits and other technical reviews, as required. The individual shall produce or review technical evaluations, engineering studies, reports, and analyses, and acquisition strategies and plans. The individual shall assist the Government in milestone preparation as well as engineering evaluation of OEM and subcontractor recommendations for operational and support issues such as: evaluations of Advance Change Study Notices, Engineering Change Proposals, Contractor Change Proposals, FAA Bulletins, and related documents EOE M/F/D/V
