Minimum Requirements:

Basic Minimum Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred, advanced business school / secretarial training preferred.
2. 3+ years of secretarial experience
3. Must speak Spanish and English
4. Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:
1. College experience preferred
2. Experience working as a receptionist or clerk
3. Familiar with Microsoft Office Suites (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
4. Experience with an online purchasing system (MySupplyCabinet)
5. Experience with event planning
6. Experience using a CLMS
7. Experience using Lotus Notes
8. Experience with new hire on-boarding
9. Can read and write in Spanish and English

Physical Requirements:
• Requires ability to read and understand information contained in a variety of documents or displayed on a computer screen.
• Requires ability to use a variety of office equipment and to operate a computer keyboard to access data bases, to send/receive messages and to prepare documents.
• Requires the ability to communicate with others on the telephone and in one-on-one or group discussions, meetings and presentations.
• Requires some moving of light to medium weight materials into desks, filing cabinets and other storage locations.
• Some tasks will require repetitive wrist movements.

Special Requirements:
• Coping with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable levels of performance and overall contribution are maintained.

Job Description:

URS has an Executive Secretary position available at our client's location in Miami, Florida facility!

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to reception duties, creating and maintaining phone lists, on-boarding new hires, ordering work station nameplates, scheduling training courses, and maintaining training records. The employee must be able to speak, write, and read Spanish and English.
