Job Description: 
Minimum Requirements:

High School Diploma with 8 years minimum construction management administrative service experience, and 5 years minimum experience in document control systems and management.
Must be proficient in MS Professional Office Suite including: Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint. Experience with project management software systems, such as Prolog, Proliance, Expedition, Constructware, etc. is required as candidate may be responsible to operate these types of management systems.
• Must obtain a negative drug result on required drug screening.

• Must have a valid Driver's License


Job Description:

Candidates will be expected to perform the following tasks, but not limited to:

1. Provide reception and perform normal administrative functions.

2. Assist the Construction Project Management team at the site, which is expected to consist of the Project Manager (p/t), Construction Manager, Project engineer, and the State’s Project Director (P/T) and State’s inspectors. (“p/t” – part-time.)

3. Process all incoming and outgoing mail and correspondence.

4. Set up and manage the document control system. Stamp received, assign files, copy, distribute and file documents as required.

5. Prepare meeting minutes and other correspondence for the Project team.

6. Order office supplies, track and manage consumables for the site.

7. Process incoming and outgoing RFCs, RFIs, Submittals, Pay Requests, Safety Concerns, Non-Compliance Notices, Field Trouble Reports and other construction management related documentation at the site.

8. Manage the equipment and furnishing needs of the office and correspond with corporate support for such needs.

9. Record and store photographs, schedule meetings, and prepare and distribute minutes.

10. Assist in preparation of reports and Powerpoint presentations.

11. Assist in the development and update of project administrative procedures and in maintenance of the Project’s manuals and library.

12. Prepare and process URS’ invoices. Provide URS contract accounting and report generation through E-One, URS’ Accounting System.

13. Assist in arranging special project events for the Project Team.

14. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Project Manager.
