Minimum Requirements: Requirements/Expectations: • Education: High School Diploma or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience. • Experience: 3+ year's administrative experience. • At least 6 months experience in a call center environment. • Accurate and efficient data entry and follow up skills. • Friendly, cooperative, customer service-minded attitude; team player. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook). • Ability to learn new software quickly. • Ability to manage and adhere to deadlines and scheduling requirements. • Ability to adjust and adapt to a constantly changing environment. • Must have willingness to learn. • Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
Physical Requirements: • Requires ability to read and understand information contained in a variety of documents or displayed on a computer screen. • Requires ability to use a variety of office equipment and to operate a computer keyboard to access databases, send/receive messages, and prepare documents. • Requires ability to attend meetings throughout the site and travel to other customer, URS, and/or vendor locations in the area. • Requires the ability to communicate with others on the telephone and in one-on-one or group discussions, meetings and presentations. • Requires some moving of light to medium weight materials into desks, filing cabinets and other storage locations. • Some tasks will require repetitive wrist movements.
Special Requirements: • Coping with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment so that acceptable levels of performance and overall contribution are maintained.
Preferred Qualifications: • Experience utilizing CMMS (Maximo) is desirable. • Familiarity with facilities equipment descriptors such as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical is desirable. • Relocation assistance is not available. Job Summary: This position serves primary customer interface for trouble calls at the client facility.
Essential Functions: • Inputs phone call, e-mail, or hard copy information into a Work Management System. • Dispatches technicians to perform reactive maintenance work. • Enters work order information, sets priority, and processes work order from entry through close out. • Maintains and updates records, reports, files and communication information. • Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
