The Disaster Recovery West Team of URS is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Administrative Assistant for immediate employment in the Baton Rouge office. URS is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects.

Incumbent Responsibilities:
• Understands and follows Company and office policies and procedures.
• Provides administrative support to the Disaster Recovery West Team under the supervisor's guidance. Tasks include, but are not limited to, preparing reports, manuals, agenda, correspondence, records management, document control, and document assembly & reproduction for both internal and external deliverables.
• May assist in scheduling conferences, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
• Performs a variety of word processing tasks in relation to technical and non-technical documentation, including the thorough check of formats, grammar, spelling and punctuation.
• Performs archiving, records management, document control within a specific team and/or projects may be an expected component of the support role.
• Utilizes office equipment to accomplish assigned tasks.
• May be called upon to administer other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.
