Provide operations and project support for project teams including preparing and processing of proposals, contracts, setting up and maintaining project files. Process and track monthly billing. Manage revenue projection reporting s of secured and unsecured work. Enter and maintain opportunity logs. Coordinate travel, reception desk duties, maintain office supplies, backup assistance to other Project Administrators in other offices as needed. Facilitate the QA/QMS in Seattle office.
- Excellent computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and accounting software (Deltek/Vision, Oracle preferred).
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office programs.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and set priorities
