Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 15 years of working as project engineer and project manager on large defense and industrial projects. Minimum 10 of those years of progressive experience in sales and marketing to large industrial and US Dept of Defense customers. Experience developing new markets and business opportunities.
Develop strategies and plans to engage and win profitable business for the IE Division by expanding and diversifying services to existing and new clients, especially with the Huntsville Center U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Marshall Space Flight Center (NASA), and other business targets of URS' Central Gulf Coast operations.
Ability to think and operate strategically, in direct support of Federal and Divisional practice objectives as well as in development of market position with emerging opportunities and trends in technical services and construction markets.
Lead marketing initiatives and project pursuits.
Communicate with Corporate business lines and other IE leadership to engage and win revenue in IE’s Federal Business Line. Job Description: Do the best work of your life!
