Minimum Requirements: High School diploma plus Associate's degree or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience. Requires knowledge of construction and construction drawings, symbols, procedures, code and standard requirements, and inspection and testing techniques. Job Description: Provide construction management and inspection for contract compliance with ADA, civil, architectural, structural, plumbing and mechanical on public works projects. Document project conditions, including photos and video as appropriate. Coordinate site visits for the design engineers for their review of the project. Review and understand submittals, progress payments, changes, non-compliance, field directives, RFI’s, O&M’s, training manuals. Requires understanding of basic estimating for evaluation of change orders. EOE M/F/D/V |
