Minimum Requirements:
Basic Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Safety or related field.
2. 3+ years safety related experience in general industry.
3. Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. ASP or CSP Certification
2. Strong presentation, organization and time management skills.
3. Strong training background in EH&S regulations.
4. Certified/authorized trainer with hands-on experience for Powered Industrial Trucks, Powered Platforms/JLG/Scissor lifts, hoists & cranes.
This position may require a valid Driver’s License.
This position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization.
All Positions with URS will require the ability to obtain a security access badge at our client’s location.

Job Description:
URS Corporation is currently seeking an ES&H Specialist II to work in Mossville, IL.
Responsibilities will be to serve as our client's department instructor supporting environmental, safety and health initiatives on their Campus, assisting with compliance and corporate regulation and directives. Participate with EH&S staff in the development, revision and preparation of both classroom and hands-on training material. Work with our client's Learning Management System team with the establishment of new classes and offerings. Provide training on all shifts as required by operational needs.
