Minimum Requirements: Bachelor of Architecture. Applicant 5 years years experience minimum. 5 years minimum in retail design. Job Description: This position is the team leader for a growing practice with nationwide retail and restaurant chains designing projects throughout the southwest and mountain west. URS architects work on exciting and complex architectural design projects for local and national clients. This position is to lead a multi-disciplined team from design through construction phase services. Successful applicant will be a self-starting individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, careful attention to detail, great organization skills, and a cooperative leadership style. Extensive and varied experience in retail design is a must. Extensive knowledge of the technical practice and application of architecture is required. The successful applicant will be able to bring to bear their experience to solve challenges efficiently with innovative solutions that address real world problems.
