Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in a related field and minimum eight (8)years of Program Management experience. Acquisition Management experience strongly preferred. At least one year of defense acquisition management experience obtained within the last 5 years strongly preferred.
Ideal candidate will be able to apply knowledge and experience in the pre-acquisition definition and capabilities integration of requirements, acquisition program management philosophy, policies and procedures to the procurement of Air Force systems, System of Systems (SoS) and Families of Systems (FoS), subsystems, and equipment throughout their total life cycle complying with current Air Force regulations and guidelines.
Additionally, ideal candidate will be able to apply integration, communication, coordination, organizational and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines in order to effectively assist in the implementation of program direction

We are now seeking an Acquisition Manager for our Beavercreek, Ohio office.
The individual shall support acquisition management support for all phases of the acquisition lifecycle. The individual shall support the development of program requirements documents, produce and/or review products for program office use—to include acquisition strategies and plans, integrated schedules, all required program documentation, program risk management plans and tracking, and proposal evaluation. The individual shall support program execution per established strategies and plans, and provide administrative support for briefings and meetings as required. The individual shall provide schedule analysis of the overarching program IMS with knowledge of OEM-specific scheduling tools and integration techniques. The individual shall provide expertise to support meetings and provide rapid response acquisition surge support for new start or other identified programs. To address related requirements, the individual shall provide decision support facilities and support work sessions with and for the Government. The individual shall assist in requirements definition, Request for Proposal (RFP) development, contract development, and source selections. The individual shall assist and support in the planning and conduct of programmatic reviews and audits—to include integrated baseline reviews, design reviews, program management reviews, and production and sustainment reviews. The individual shall participate in technical interchange meetings, design reviews, program management reviews, and other meetings as required.
