Job Description:  Provide administrative assistance to managers and other company officers as required or requested.  This includes typing, transcription and filing.  Create correspondence with supervisors and is able to compose, review and correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.  Make arrangements and assist with client meetings.  Perform word processing activities.  Ensure appropriate back up and storage of computer files.
