Minimum Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field and 4 years of job related experience or equivalent. Strong knowledge of requirements development, analysis and management desired. Experience with database tools and large spreadsheets a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment with peers, senior government officials, and contractor staff desired.

Ability to create, analyze and maintain business process flows and extract/decompose requirements from the business needs strongly preferred.

Position may require travel.

Good written communication skills; working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications; organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

Must be able to multi-task and prioritize assignments in accordance to program goals.

**** Position may require the ability to pass and maintain a low risk security clearance.

We are now seeking a Research Administrative Management (RAMS) Requirements Analyst for our Washington, DC office supporting the Office of Research and Development for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

The duties of the position include the tracking and management of business requirements of a new software system that will be used to manage hospital based research offices. After the requirements are defined and organized, the
Requirements Analyst will be responsible for attending testing sessions and capturing suggested revisions to the requirements. The system will be deployed at over 100 hospital research sites throughout the U.S. The Analyst will also be involved in site preparation analyses and training support when the system is deployed.
