CH2M HILL Water/Wastewater Project Manager(s) II/III - PROPOSAL in Florida CH2M HILL is a leader in the Water/Wastewater Industry who is looking for high level managers that would like an exciting, challenging, and rewarding career with a stable and growing Company.

We are looking for Project Managers with the highest level of certifications in Water and Wastewater for project opportunities in the State of Florida. The Project Manager would be responsible for providing a range of custom-tailored operations and maintenance solutions as well as overall management and leadership of the project including profit and loss, permit compliance, safety, quality, and client relationship management for larger facilities in Florida. The Project Manager also provides leadership and management for all personnel functions including staffing, compensation, training and development, progressive discipline, and rewards and recognition in accordance with standard company policy. Project Managers within CH2M HILL are also given overall responsibility for the planning, organization, operations, maintenance, and improvement of the facility or facilities that he/she manages.

Our Project Managers:

Implement safety policy and procedures
Maintain the operation process control including compliance with regulatory agencies
Develop and administer the project financial plan and budget
Have strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment
Provide leadership in Operations and Maintenance quality process
Build and maintain positive business relationships
Administer company policy and procedure
Develop the annual Project Business Plan
Perform other duties as required

Working Conditions/Physical Requirements: The work area can involve a working environment indoors as well as outdoors, which could cause exposure to outdoor elements; proper environmental attire will be required.

Basic Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Five (5) years previous experience managing and operating a surface water treatment facility with a total of 10 years combined experience in water treatment
Four years experience at a supervisory level
Possess a valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree related to field of environmental water treatment and/or business management
Highest level of certification offered by the State desirable
Proficient use of computer software including, but not limited to, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Understanding of the technical aspects of the facility to be managed
Excellent knowledge of project finance and bonus modeling process
Demonstrated interpersonal relations and personnel management skills
Willingness to travel approximately 25%
