Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Computer Science preferred and at least 5 years of job-related experience or equivalent. Working knowledge of human resource policies, practices and procedures; working knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems or other database systems, are required. PHR preferred. Position may require travel.


Typical office environment with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting to 20 pounds, constant sitting while using the computer terminal, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.


Job Description:

Provide Human Resources (HR) support by administering HR Management Systems (HRMS) to ensure accurate employee records for the processing of personnel and payroll functions and to retrieve data for quantitative and qualitative analyses and reporting.

Essential Responsibilities:


Administer HRMS configurations and processes to provide enhanced services/reporting, workflow automation and business activities. Work with divisional resources to integrate systems into division sponsored systems, programs and policy.

Assist in the development of strategies, processes and procedures to support the HRMS/Database needs of our internal customers

Oversee and process personnel actions into the HRMS/Databases and coordinate actions with Payroll and other departments as necessary.

Design and conduct ongoing audits of all data maintained in TWP database.

Design, develop and run queries/reports; analyze data, identify trends and prepare reports and presentations with rationale and conclusions..

Support Collective Bargaining Agreement negotiations, Reductions in force, Workforce Planning, and incentive programs by performing research, statistical analysis, cost estimations, conducting and comparing data surveys and reporting findings.

Prepare analyses on an annual basis, or as needed, to determine the competitiveness of the SBU's compensation, incentive and benefit levels.

Oversee the functions of the HR Records section; assign and supervise the work of HR Records non-exempt staff.

Serve as a resource to respond to inquiries from staff and supervisors to provide information related to areas of assignment and new work efforts.

Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
