• Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited 4 year college or university and seeking a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mining or Mineral Engineering with the intent to attend the subsequent semester as a full-time student.
• Must currently be enrolled and at least a junior or higher standing.
• Must be competent in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel as well as have some mine planning software skills
• Due to the nature of work, candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident of the United States.
Preferred Requirements:
• Previous internship with URS Corporation not required
• Preference given to those with previous mining internship experience.
• Preference given to those attending or graduated from one of the following URS EC focus schools:
o Boise State University
o Brigham Young University - Idaho
