As a Global Recruitment Operations Reporting & Analytics Specialist for the firm, you will provide value added reporting and analysis to facilitate strategic business decisions and improve performance results while ensuring effective and efficient operational procedures for attracting talent.   This role often requires short and long-term management of people and/or project resources to accomplish results.
 
Each day you will operate as the Talent Acquisition and Deployment Center (TADC) Analyst, overseeing production and distribution metrics and global reporting; produce and provide advice on ad hoc report requests; assist in the oversight and development of the TADC budget to ensure department is operating to plan; oversee the allocation collection process including working with Finance to ensure business managers understand funding for TADC; and serve as the Administrator for the Employee Referral Program, including program design, development, implementation, marketing, monitoring, and administration.    
 
You should be a self motivated Global Recruitment Operations Reporting & Analytics Specialist, have 5+ years of experience in the manipulation, interpretation and analysis of large data files, have demonstrated proficiency in database systems such as Excel and have a desire to grow personally as well as professionally with each project.
 
 
Our Global Recruitment Operations Reporting & Analytics Specialist will:


  • Utilize Metrics & Reporting to monitor, interpret, and analyze global recruitment activity, advertising channel performance, and candidate/applicant flow. Report new trends, indicating shifts in process, or returns on recruiting investments. Work with Global TADC Director and Talent Recruitment Center (TRC) Managers to ensure competitiveness with best in class practices.
  • Ensure data results are consistent, reliable, and accurate through the creation and documentation of standards, definitions, policies, procedures, and completion of audits and quality control testing.
  • Use data to forecast trends and analyze impact on TADC. Suggest changes to procedures, investments, and strategies in order to accommodate future needs.
  • Centralize auditing and reporting, identifying opportunities to remedy inefficiencies and improve accuracy.
  • Serve as the TADC representative, partnering with Workforce Planning & Reporting department with the generation and development of staff planning metrics, project initiatives, and talent management dashboard.
  • Establish improved reporting functionality to align with industry ‘best practices.' This includes creating new recruiting funnel reports, pipeline reports, and establishing source of influence and quality of hire metrics.
  • Influence and impact senior leadership within the TADC. Establish credibility and consistently deliver on initiatives.
  • Keep updated TADC budget and account for amortization, depreciation and committed costs in relation to projected project spend and labor charges. Forecast budget trends 6-12 months into the future. Hold budget calibration meeting with TADC leadership. Monitor and report on allocations.
  • Identify and offer recommendations on areas which improve recruitment efficiency, effectiveness, or compliance. Implement new processes and establish control mechanisms.
  • Assist Employee Relations with various reporting needs related to recruitment audits. Work closely with Compliance on recruiting issues affected by OFCCP, Fair Employment, and Relocation. Ensure compliance with posting and candidate consideration regulations. Recommend process improvement and policy implementation for compliance with applicable global employment laws.
  • Be responsible for Program Management including overseeing and managing Employee Referral budget, ensuring sufficient funding for staff support, pre-funded intercompany transfers, and campaign expenses.
 

Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelors degree
  • 5 + years of experience in the manipulation, interpretation, and analysis of large data files.
  • Proficiency in database systems such as Excel, Access, etc. required
  • Schedule availability to work early mornings or late evenings for interactions internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the basic qualifications, the ideal candidate will meet the preferred qualifications:


  • Experience working in a recruiting/human resources role
  • Familiarity with employment laws and compliance
