Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Math, Physics or equivalent with an additional 9 years of related, professional experience are required
• Experience in surveillance radar design and analysis
• Experience supporting large systems development projects
• Experience in all aspects of requirements management
• Experience reviewing engineering design documentation (as part of the configuration control and design process), interface control documents, and life-cycle logistics plans
• The candidate must possess excellent oral and written communications skills.

We are looking for a Radar Systems Engineer to join out team in Washington, D.C.!

• The Radar Systems Engineer will provide broad-based support to a large Federal government program planning the development of a new radar system.
• This position will require daily interaction with government and contractor staff and effective coordination with diverse teams (engineering, management, operations).
• The primary focus of this position is to provide technical assessments of the capabilities and limitations of potential surveillance radar designs and provide development and operations recommendations to project management.
• Assessments may include performing desktop research and analysis, managing modeling and simulation efforts, and evaluating prototypes and operational systems.
