Minimum Requirements: Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline complimented by further academic work and through demonstrated experience in progressively more responsible management positions totaling 10 years. The incumbent must demonstrate supervisory knowledge and skills in resource organization and allocation, personnel selection and assignment, planning and budgeting, and verbal and written communications. In addition, the incumbent will be required to demonstrate significant technical knowledge in selected paragraphs of the AFRL, Kirtland AFB, Business Operations Support Services PWS to include Financial Management, Program/Project Support, and Program Control Support, Execution, and Reporting. Must qualify for and maintain a government security clearance and possess a current state drivers license. Job Description: The incumbent, under limited supervision, represents the Program Manager when absent, and plans, organizes, directs, and controls company activities in support of a specific customer program.
