We are looking for a Program Control Analyst to join our team in Falls Church, Virginia!
• Provides on-site project management/administrative support and coordination for a complex contract. • Manage contract in its entirety from proposal development to implementation and maintenance to include financial reporting, project schedule tracking, deliverable management, payroll/personnel processing, contract administration, procurement, billing and cash flow, and management of sub contractors. • Maintains contract budgets, prepares contract-billing, estimates materials, equipment, production costs and delivery schedules. • Responsible for the entire life-cycle of the contract and liaisoning with corporate accounting, finance, and contracts departments
Duties include but are not limited to: • Written and verbal reports for Program Managers and Corporate Management. • Project Set Up form and Project Change Form preparation. • Financial Reporting and Analysis (actuals vs. forecast, actuals vs. budget, actuals vs. project funding). • Develop and maintain monthly reports and tracking for multiple projects • Track deliverables and organize packets for customer's review • Forecasting and budget planning (cash, project and indirect expense). • Pricing proposal development • Revenue and Margin analyses • Liaison between PMs and Billing Specialist to facilitate the generation and collection of invoices. • Procurement process management • Accrual preparation • Implement financial policies and procedures in support of projects of varying complexity and size. • Keeps track of vendor invoices and processes A/P corrections.
