The Infrastructure and Environment Division of URS is actively seeking a creative, highly talented Administrative Assistant for immediate employment in the Seattle office. The position will work in a design office located near Bothell, Washington. URS is proud to provide our employees with exciting, challenging projects. The successful candidate can look forward to working on projects in the Power, Transportation, Mining, Water, and Wastewater sectors.

Incumbent Responsibilities:
The appropriately qualified applicant will work directly with Project and Task Managers on all phases of projects and will manage financial reporting, administrative processing of contracts, electronic setup of project accounting requirements and electronic filing. We need a team member that is expert at Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word.
