As a Global IT Systems- Senior Analyst for the firm, you will be a senior member of the firm's Enterprise windows server environment management team.


Our Global IT Systems- Senior Analyst


  • Performs system software upgrades and changes.
  • Oversees server configurations, standards and maintenance of servers.
  • Manages the planning and maintenance for disk space, system inventories, system setups and server upgrades.
  • Responsible for specific system functions as primary and assists in other specific functions as secondary.
  • Participates in change control, after hours on-call support and system downtime maintenance activities.
  • Has specific enterprise responsibility (e.g. Active Directory).
  • May manage MOM/SMS environment.
  • May manage enterprise related implementation projects

Basic Qualifications



  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Math or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years related Enterprise IT experience.
  • 5 years Enterprise system experience
  • On call availability
  • Availability to travel up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the Basic Qualifications, the ideal candidate will also meet the preferred qualifications:



  • Experience in Active Directory migration, setup, and implementation.
  • Strong working technical knowledge of Microsoft ISA/TMG, SQL, SCOM and Citrix.
  • Strong familiarity with DNS and TCP/IP networking.
  • Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience in coordinating with network engineering, business application, and database administration functions to ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of Windows systems to meet corporate objectives.
  • Seasoned analytical and problem-solving abilities coupled with proven track record with enterprise deployments.
  • Experience defining recovery procedures key technologies to ensure full data retrieval for business continuity planning.
  • Experience monitoring and testing system performance; providing statistics and reports.
  • Experience recommending and executing modifications to Windows systems in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.
  • Experience developing and maintaining Windows training materials and systems documentation for educating end users and new IT staff.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
