CH2M HILL Facility Planner Jobs– Prudhoe Bay, Alaska

The challenge? Helping ensure the supply of our world's oil and gas. At CH2M HILL, we deliver solutions that span the entire breadth of the oil industry. Our Facility Planner job will provide you with the opportunity to work on large scale oil and gas projects on the Alaskan North Slope on a rotational basis. Each day you will be an important team member as you coordinate the collection of work details required to provide a detailed job plan work package and an accurate estimate. You should be a self-motivated, detailed-oriented professional with 5 years of experience in E&C OMS on the North Slope, knowledge of the Greater Prudhoe Bay facilities, 1 year of planning and scheduling experience on for E&C OMS on the North Slope, and experience with CMMS work order system. In addition, you should be willing to grow both personally and professionally with each new Facility Planning project.

Our Facility Planners:

Work with the Facility Leads to define the work scope and “walk the job" with appropriate technical expertise to define the scope of the work.
Once the scope of work has been defined, prepare an estimate and enter it into the Work Management System.
Order and track materials to be used in all non-packaged work.
Work with the Facility Leads to prioritize new work.
Rank work requests and work orders code them appropriately in the Work Management System.
Inform Cost Scheduler of any special resources required.
Inform Cost Scheduler of final list of jobs to be worked.

Additional Information:

The position is located on the North Slope and requires a rotational work schedule (2 weeks on and 2 weeks off).
Relocation assistance to Alaska is not provided, however transportation between Anchorage and Prudhoe Bay is provided.
CH2M HILL will not sponsor an employment visa (e.g., H-1B visa, etc) to fill this position.

Basic Qualifications

5 years related field experience in E&C OMS on the North Slope
Must have knowledge of GPB facilities
1 year of planning and scheduling experience for E&C OMS on the North Slope
Must be able to interpret drawing and P&IDs
Must have experience with Microsoft Office software and CMMS work order system
Valid driver's license required and ability to be insured by CH2M Hill's auto insurer.

Preferred Qualifications

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to and work with personnel in all levels of an organization.
