Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience
2. Minimum of 5 years experience developing and maintaining polished, scalable, web applications in a heterogeneous environment
3. Extensive experience with relational databases, PL/SQL, JDBC, Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
4. Extensive experience with Microsoft .NET, IIS, Visual Studio, Java, WebLogic, Apache
5. Exposure with Oracle SOA Suite 11g, JDeveloper, and XML
6. Exposure with ETL including SSIS, Informatica, or Datastage
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
8. Analytical, self-motivated, high degree of intellectual curiosity
Technical Skills:

Job Description:
Job Summary:
This position is responsible for the technical design and development of web applications and services according to functional specifications or requirements. This position performs unit testing to ensure quality of program logic, stability and efficiency. This position works closely with other developers, system analysts, technical support personnel, and users to detect and resolve defects in programs and applications. This position is required to document technical designs. This position evaluates and recommends emerging web technologies and cultivates knowledge of development best practices and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist system analysts and functional teams with the development of functional requirements. Provide guidance on programming feasibility, alternate functionality, and performance considerations.
2. Read, interpret, and clarify functional requirements.
3. Estimate the level of effort to program each deliverable.
4. Create programs that satisfy the required deliverables.
5. Perform initial unit testing.
6. Team with system analysts to perform final unit testing and support functional user testing as required.
7. Prepare technical documentation.
8. Provide technical support in order to solve user problems.
Performance Criteria:
1. System analysts and functional users consistently express a high degree of satisfaction with delivered programs.
2. Timely delivery of solutions.
3. Demonstrated adherence to corporate development procedures and standards
