Job Description:

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years in HVAC and plumbing design, including but not limited to pipe and ductwork sizing.
Professional Engineer (P.E.) registration and Business Development experience is required. Proficiency in relevant design software packages and modeling.
Must be self-motivated; innovative; passionate about the environment and sustainability; be resourceful and be able to work either alone or as part of a team. Must be committed to customer service and satisfaction; have good written and oral communication skills; project management skills; and a high degree of computer literacy. You will lead a mechanical team of five to ten people for different types of projects.
Valid driver's license required.

Job Description:

Working on a wide range of commercial facilities projects, specific responsibilities include: mechanical design engineering (HVAC, Plumbing, Site Utilities, etc.), report writing, preparation of facility condition assessments, project management, field investigation, client liaison and supervision of junior staff engineers. Ideal candidate will have healthcare OSHPD experience, federal, military and airport design experience.
