Job Description: 
Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in geography, planning, engineering, computer science or related field, or demonstrated equivalent ability and/or experience.

Minimum two years of Cartographic experience, including experience using AutoCad and Arc GIS Suite.

Basic understanding of AutoCad, Model/Paper space real world data.

Basic understanding of survey principles, data and working with points.

Ability to demonstrate design skills in pipeline drawing/alignment sheet creation, land plats and permit drawings.

Existing knowledge of pipeline highway, railroad, river and utility crossing permits.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will:

Create, analyze, report and convert or transfer data using GIS software.

Apply Cartographic techniques to generate high quality presentations and maps.

Design or coordinate the development of integrated spatial or non-spatial databases.

Develop spatial data layers using GIS tools.

Create land plats from centerline, deed and legal description.

Interface with project or client personnel and other disciplines to ensure coordinated designs.
