I. Job Summary Delivers the designated training curricula according to the needs of the organization as determined by the leadership and training teams. Plays a key role in the planning, development, and design of new curricula. II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

Preferred: Master's Degree, or equivalent experience, in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar area of study, and three to five years previous experience. B.
