Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related Engineering, CS, or Business field. In lieu of the Bachelors degree requirement, other special or market-scarce skills may be substituted.
• A minimum of 7 years experience in a related information systems discipline (database modeling, data analysis, developing information requirements, conducting complex multi-discipline information and analyses in support of a research and development technical staff, etc.).

• Good oral and written communication skills;

• Working knowledge of word-processing and integrated software applications;

• Organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work are required.

• Position may require travel.

• Position requires the ability to pass and maintain a Security Clearance.

Relocation assistance is not available.

We have an immediate opportunity for an IT Program Analyst.

Typical Duties:

• Analyst will be working the NAIL effort supporting the Network Integration Lab at APG.

• Employee will provide program support to the customer to include generating reports, consolidating information from various government leads into consolidated briefings and reports.

• Will setup, coordinate, and provide output from weekly meetings.

• Analyze and research material to gain a thorough technical understanding of a complex subject area supporting a task assignment. Task assignment may include one or more of the following analysis: strategic planning and analysis; demand and capacity analysis; regulatory analysis; safety and risk analysis; system operation performance analysis; and information analysis.

• Prepare oral presentations and written reports to management, indicating solution or range of possible alternatives in rank of desirability and probability of success when there is no single solution.
