B.S. in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or related degree. URS is looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals to be part of our expanding Environmental Compliance Division as an Environmental Compliance Specialist. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of relevant experience related to environmental compliance, good interpersonal and organizational skills, strong Microsoft Office skills (i.e., Word, Excel, Access), and good technical writing skills. Qualified applicants who are offered a position must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
The URS SNA office needs an Environmental Compliance Consultant to perform California and federal regulatory analysis. This environmental professional will work with teams to prepare applications, hazardous material business plans and emission inventories, perform compliance audits, and provide compliance support. To perform these tasks, fieldwork will be required at client sites to perform compliance audits.
