Job Description: 

We are currently seeking a seasoned Intermediate Architect with a proven track record of directing and implementing the production of BIM projects to join our growing Architecture team in Long Wharf office in Boston Massachusetts.


Essential Duties May include but are not limited to the following:


  • Setup and direct the production of BIM projects within the Architecture Department
  • Create project BIM plans

·          Direct and coordinate a multi-discipline project team in BIM production

·          Maintaining model data integrity


  • Setup and maintenance of BIM libraries
  • Provide Revit Architecture fundamental and intermediate training to staff
  • Responsible for BIM standards development, implementation and enforcement
  • Prepare reports, opinions, and recommendations for the approval of management concerning BIM project s
  • Stay informed on best practices for use of Revit Architecture and BIM
  • Contribute inventions, new designs, or techniques which are of material significance in the solution of important problems
  • Stay current in codes and technologies appropriate to the architecture discipline
  • Ensure conformance with standards, established architectural practices, applicable codes, and technical adequacy of design and construction
  • Implement and follow Company Quality Management System Procedures

Qualifications

·          5 - 8 years progressive work experience in an architectural practice using BIM.

·          Licensed Architect in Massachusetts is required and the remaining New England states a plus.

·          Proficient BIM/Revit Architecture skills required

·          Strong AutoCAD 3D skills required

·          LEED AP with experience from design to certification is a plus
