Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture or related field. • Or demonstrated equivalent combination of education, skills, knowledge, abilities and experience. • Minimum eight years of relevant industry experience, including 2 years of experience in construction management of design-build wastewater treatment plant, at least 2 MGD capacity. • California licensed engineer or architect. • Knowledge with fast-track construction; expediting the process of shop drawings and RFI's; understand computerized scheduling; review and process change orders • Understanding building codes; familiarity with permit implementation. • Must have a negative drug result on required drug test. • Must have a valid Driver's License. Job Description: Candidate will be proposed for the construction management of the design-build 2 MGD wastewater treatment plant in San Luis Obispo County. This position will give presentations/interview in-front of potential clients.
