CH2M HILL Administrative Assistant Careers – Oakland, California The challenge? Be part of a fast-paced, growing team working on challenging environmental projects. Each day, you will support a team by completing a variety of administrative tasks. You should be able to think on your feet, work with minimal supervision and multitask effectively; use independent judgment and have the initiative to take on new tasks and challenges every day. You should be able to work quickly, be very responsive, and have strong interest in producing high quality products. You should possess at least 8 years of administrative experience and have excellent skills using Adobe; Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; and the internet/intranet. Work is frequently complex, proprietary, and requires strong administrative skills as well as excellent inter-personal and communication skills. You should also have a desire to grow personally as well as professionally with each administrative assistant job. Our Administrative Assistants:
Success in performing these duties may lead to increased responsibilities in assisting with tracking of project finances. CH2M HILL will not sponsor an employment visa (e.g., H-1B visa, etc.) to fill this position. Position will provide support to senior leadership roughly 50% of the time. Basic Qualifications
